Please take a while to see if any of your major kitchen appliances are listed below and are subject to a Product Safety Recall. Taking some time to study the list is important.

If you find an appliance that matches one that you own, please take immediate action….doing nothing could be a really bad decision. Faulty appliances may catch fire (as many already have done) or, in the case of some gas cookers, may be producing lethal carbon monoxide.

Even if you’re not 100% sure if a make or model listed is exactly the same as one that you own, it’s well worth calling or emailing a manufacturer to check. It’s better to be safe than sorry.

As you’ll see in the list below the vast majority of manufacturers have a FREEPHONE number to call and, if one of your appliances is affected, a repair can, and invariably will, be carried out FREE OF CHARGE.

Repairs to faulty goods rarely involve removing the appliance from your home.
