How it Works

Hopefully this couldn’t be easier. You simply fill in all of the boxes supplied with as much information about each appliance that you are registering with us. You’ll see that there are ‘Help’ tabs to show you where to find things on your various appliances, things like Model Numbers.

Once you’ve added all of the information you can just click the Pay for my Registration button and, once your payment has gone through, we’ll automatically email your personalised Product Registration Certificate for you to print out and keep.

Your registration lasts for 5 years and we’ll write to you at the end of this period with a renewal invitation.

During the five year period we will communicate with you at least twice a year by e-mail and/or text message. This communication is really important as it will give you the opportunity to amend any of your details which may have recently changed. You may have changed your mobile phone number, your email address or you may even have moved house.

If any of the products that you have registered with us is the subject of a recall we naturally want to ensure that we have all of your up-to-date information so that we can let you know immediately and by as many means as possible. We’re sure you’ll agree that this makes perfect sense!

Safe and Secure

All of the information that you supply us with is kept securely. We do not supply any of your data to anybody else. If and when we are made aware of a Product Recall that applies to any of the appliances that you have registered with us, it will be us who communicates with you … nobody else. We absolutely understand and appreciate confidentiality.
